Official Rules & Disclaimer

Contest open to owner-occupied, single-family homes with central residential HVAC systems located within approximately a 40–45 mile radius of Delcor’s Greenville office. Final eligibility and qualifying location are subject to Delcor’s discretion. The HVAC system must currently be operational and installed at the residence entered. Delcor representatives must be allowed access to inspect and verify the system. System age may be verified using serial numbers, model numbers, installation paperwork, service records, or Delcor evaluation. This is not a random drawing. Winners will be determined based on verified system age and supporting documentation. In the event of a tie, the earliest qualifying submission received will be selected. All Delcor decisions are final. The Grand Prize includes one qualifying residential HVAC system with standard installation included. Additional costs related to permits, code upgrades, specialty installation requirements, ductwork modifications, hazardous material removal, or non-standard installation needs are not included and may be discussed prior to installation. Every qualifying entry receives a smart thermostat while supplies last. Installation not included unless otherwise specified. Campaign offers expire 30 days after the campaign officially ends. Campaign ending determined by Delcor based on reaching 100 qualified submissions or official campaign close date. By entering, participants agree that Delcor may use submitted photos, videos, names, likenesses, homeowner stories, and HVAC system images for social media, marketing, website, and promotional materials. Delcor may contact entrants regarding campaign updates, promotions, or services. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Employees of Delcor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
