HVAC Lead Installer – New Construction

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead new construction projects.

  • Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation experience in new construction
  • Ability to install hard pipe, flex duct, run copper line sets, and set equipment
  • Basic knowledge of local building codes
  • Physically able to work in extreme temperatures, lift 50 lbs, and use ladders

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with occasional Saturdays

Location: Greenville, NC area

HVAC & Plumbing Install Helpers

Looking to start your career in HVAC or plumbing? Join us as a helper supporting our lead technicians.

  • Hard-working, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Physically capable of working in unfinished homes
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with occasional Saturdays

Location: Greenville, NC area

HVAC/R Service Technician

We’re hiring experienced Service Technicians for residential and commercial HVAC/R service.

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience (refrigeration preferred)
  • Self-motivated with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Trustworthy, customer-focused, and able to work independently
  • Service van and phone provided

Schedule: Solid 40+ hour workweek

Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of Greenville, NC

Dispatcher

Join our office team as a Dispatcher, coordinating service calls and technician schedules.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus
  • Customer-first attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Greenville, NC office

Requirements for All Positions

  • Valid driver’s license required for positions involving a company vehicle
  • Motor vehicle driving record check required before employment (except helpers)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
