Elijah came to fix our heater on a very cold weekend. He was extremely professional, found the problem quickly, and had it functioning again in no time. He even showed us a picture of the broken part since we could not get to it on our own. He arrived at the quoted time and the fee was very fair, especially for a weekend visit. Very pleased with my plumbing repair from yesterday! I was stressed because I had a pipe spring a leak, but I was out of town, and when I reached out to Delcor, I immediately got a call back from Kirt, who was at my house within the hour. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and the price couldn’t have been more fair, in my opinion. Highly recommend, and I will absolutely use them again!

Update 10/16/25 – Had another regular service visit from Decor today as part of my annual HVAC service contract. This is an excellent investment in keeping our home infrastructure running and up to speed. Our technician today was Victor. He did a fabulous job in checking our system thoroughly so that we are ready for the winter. He completed his work promptly and explained all that he did and observed in our system. Thanks Delcor for providing quality technicians. It’s a relief to have great professionals to help in caring for our home.Previous post – Contacted Delcor to request AC service. Technician Justin Vick arrived promptly and supplied quality and professional service. He was courteous and offered a clear explanation on today’s service and the benefit of a regular maintenance contract. Made sense to me. Thanks Delcor!

What an awesome experience! Have used Delcor for years on the system when I built my house, it lasted 30 years, so they must have done a great job. When I felt it had done enough I asked them for a quote, got 4 options Good, Better, Best, Better than Best. They provided me advice on each. Didn’t try to sell me the best of the best, but instead any of these would work, because I was laid off I wanted the of course most expensive, but he told me that the good would work. After all the one I had was 30 years old.Installation was quick and the team had it done before lunch and everything looks and feels great.Awesome job to everything.

My experience so far has been excellent. I needed to replace my upstairs heat pump unit. Kyle McDowell met with me and discussed my options. He was completely professional, did the load calculation, Other companies skipped this. Kyle, recommended adding an additional return and a supply line in one of our upstairs bedrooms that had never heated and cooled properly. He also recommended increasing the size of the unit from 2 1/2 tons to 3 tons. And while we were waiting on the new unit to be installed, Kyle came to our home and recharged our old unit so it would work as best it could while we were waiting on the installation of the new unit.I ultimately choice the Trane 17 SEER, Multi speed with the variable speed air handler. My family and I could not be more happy so far. Bottom line this unit has transformed our upstairs. I did my own personal research as well on this unit and so far it has lived up to everything. The unit truly does reduce the humidity upstairs while operating more quietly than my previous one. We never thought our upstairs could be this comfortable. The unit is a game changer so far.The most important day of any unit is the installation, and the Delcor crew led by Nick did a great job here as well. All the necessary steps were done: Nitrogen purge, triple evacuation and Nick performed a static pressure test on the day of installation. A unit will never operate properly and efficiently unless it is installed correctly and the Delcor crew made sure mine was done right.I am the type of man who does his homework before I make any big purchase and I can say from start to finish, Kyle McDowell, and the entire installation crew at Delcor has done a wonderful job for my family and me. High level of professionalism, excellent customer service, outstanding product, and a Very fair price, these are the things we experienced with the Delcor crew.
