I just wanted to praise this company for having empathy in my time of need. Long story short another business owner was doing trash removal in my house and one of the items was a washing machine. In the process of removing it, the busted a pipe. I called everyone and they could only come out on Friday. Well Delcor sent someone out in 20 minutes. The sweet young man replaced everything in a timely manner the same day, because of that I was able to accept my delivery for my new washing machine. They later sent me a professional invoice to pay. Great service and wonderful price. Thank you 😊

Our new (to us) house came with a number of heating, cooling and especially chaotic behavior from the hot/cold water controls (showers intermittently spiking from scalding hot to bitter cold… very distressing). This is a large house integrated with both new and old HVAC and plumbing technology… a real spider web. Today I had the pleasure of meeting another of Delcor’s technicians, Grant. And not only did he identify the cause of the issue I’ve been having with my older gas furnace, but he fixed it on the spot. Like every other HVAC and plumbing tech from Delcor that has done work at my home over the years, he was knowledgeable and professional, but also respectful, polite, willing to answer questions and to explain what’s going on, all of which I value.At a previous home we had a top of the line Trane package unit installed by Delcor and though the installation was top notch, there was one failure with a major part, but it was covered under warranty. I still love Trane equipment though, for the quality of the build, the advanced features, and the extreme energy savings we experienced. Really, as equipment gets more ‘technical’ I have seen other reputable new equipment have issues that I wouldn’t have expected, like with various Kenmore Elite appliances we’ve purchased. What has proven valuable has been working with companies with warranties you can trust, purchasing protection plans, and sticking with companies who have a track record, whose office and tech staff treat you with respect and professionalism, and who likely will still be in business when you need warranty service, like Delcor.
