I've always appreciated the speed and responsiveness of Delcor's technicians and Cole was no exception. On time, cordial, and professional, he had my new garbage disposal installed in no time. And his thoroughness meant he caught a stray screw that snuck into the disposal. He triple checked the drains and the disposal to make sure everything was working correctly.

I wanted to post a review for DELCOR and especially my tech Victor. DELCOR has a preventative maintenance program that saves you from possible no heat or air by looking g at your units twice a year and fixing things ahead of time before you need it. Victoria found and fixed an issue with my heat that would have caused me to not have any of if I waited till I needed it. Now it will work when I need it.

I have used Delcor for years for my plumbing and AC issues and have always been very happy with their service and price. I did have some issues with my AC repairs in August but they came through and fixed all my issues, it took a little longer than I expected but all in all they did a GREAT job, I understand that shipping issue for parts can happen and it wasn't their fault for some of the delays. I will always use them and recommend them!

I would like to commend Elijah from Delcor for the stellar job he did in repairing my HVAC. Another technician came out previously but didn’t follow through on the repair. In comes Elijah weeks later to the rescue and fixed the problem. He was professional and got the job done!! My system was still under warranty!!!

When our AC wasn’t working, we called and got a same-day service appointment. Victor arrived early, was thorough in his assessment, and located the issue quickly. Luckily for us, it was a fast and affordable fix and he had the necessary tools with him. He also showed us how to keep up the maintenance for it to prevent this from happening again. We will absolutely use Delcor in the future.

Update 7/24/26 – 26 year old hvac system finally gave up. Thanks to Edward for deciphering our problem, Chad for assembling a replacement proposal, and Nick and Cooper for installation. Every interaction was professional and customer friendly. Very very pleased with my service from Delcor for many years. Update 10/16/25 – Had another regular service visit from Decor today as part of my annual HVAC service contract. This is an excellent investment in keeping our home infrastructure running and up to speed. Our technician today was Victor. He did a fabulous job in checking our system thoroughly so that we are ready for the winter. He completed his work promptly and explained all that he did and observed in our system. Thanks Delcor for providing quality technicians. It's a relief to have great professionals to help in caring for our home. Previous post – Contacted Delcor to request AC service. Technician Justin Vick arrived promptly and supplied quality and professional service.
