Weekly Letter – Covid-19

April 6, 2020

We wanted to take this opportunity to keep our customers updated as to Delcor’s response in handling the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Although we are listed as essential business, we are still obligated to adjust our mindset to the existing conditions throughout Eastern North Carolina.

Our team is trying to do our part in practicing social distancing to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Our office team is working remotely dispatching calls and communicating with customers as needed.

We continue to operate our service department in a limited capacity.  Focusing on handling emergency HVAC and plumbing calls for our customers and ensuring that they are as comfortable as possible in their homes.

All of our training sessions and meetings are all conducted online. Even our morning meetings have moved outside and still maintain 6 feet of separation.

We have distributed as much protective equipment as we can find and are strictly monitoring the health of our team.  Our employee is the life of our company and we want to ensure that they remain safe and do not spread this to their families or other customers.

We do need your help in ensuring that we can still respond to your needs.  Please do not request service if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone with symptoms.  We are also asking that when our technician arrives on-site, please give them as much distance as possible so that they can work.  They will not shake hands or ask you to sign their paperwork.

During these unprecedented times, Delcor wants to remain your choice for your HVAC and Plumbing needs.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team with questions.
